We have been selected for a delivery panel for the Northland. As a result, there is a variety of projects to deliver over the next 5 years and we are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to assist our Project Manager. This will be an excellent opportunity to lead and grow our talented team.
The role would be managing and supervising up to 5 crews, along with assisting the Project Manager in developing and growing the business and managing our clients. The role would offer the successful candidate management of leading the team on jobs such as civil structures, earthworks, drainage & pavement focused work.
You will be an experienced Project Supervisor or have multi-disciplined experience supervising large projects across New Zealand.
The following skills and attributes are also required:
- Experience working on $10-25 million projects;
- 10-15 years’ experience working within Civil construction or a similar discipline;
- Passionate about Health and Safety;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Desire to lead and mentor a team.
