About the role: 

We are eagerly seeking a Business Support Administrator, with a background in Civil Construction, to join to work with our Commercial Manager and look after some key administrative responsibilities. In particular, this role is responsible for:

  • Processing timesheets
  • Document control for all Auckland Project, compiling all relevant documents into our CRM for future compliance purposes
  • Processing sales claims
  • General civil construction related office administration/ad hoc tasks set by the Commercial Manager
  • Data entry
  • Proactively assisting the project team with their paperwork and supporting their engagement with our clients
  • Generate and maintain our Hire Pool Register
  • Collate monthly safety statistics for reporting purposes


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Has had at least 2 years in a similar role with New Zealand’s construction industry
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Exposure to JD Edwards and Salesforce (Ideal but not a deal breaker)
  • Attention to detail
  • A full Class 1 NZ Driving Licence
  • Confident verbal and written English language skills
  • Ability to learn new IT systems quickly
