As the Safety, Quality, Training and Environment Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring we deliver on all aspects relating to health and safety, quality, training and environmental requirements. You will be responsible for organising and monitoring training, reporting, auditing, as well as coaching staff on SQE issues.
Our staff are why we are excellent at what we do, so the person behind the skills will ensure the success of this vital role. Experience in a similar position is desirable and you must be an outstanding communicator.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Understanding of and relevant experience in the Construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Able to handle multi-layered activities and conflicting demands
- Competent across all Microsoft suites with strong presentation skills
- A relevant Safety qualification
- Innovation and drive to challenge accepted practices and adapt existing procedures to achieve Zero Harm
