We are after a motivated and enthusiastic person who is looking to develop their career in the Records or Quality Management space. You will be responsible for the processing, distributing and filing of all project documentation.
Our ideal candidate will have some administrative experience and be able to work in a team environment. Initially this role will be based in Silverdale and then will be based on several Fulton Hogan Major Project sites.
You will have excellent communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate some of the following:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
- IMS knowledge, preferably in ACONEX
- Strong written and oral communication
- High Attention to detail
- Ability to use your initiative
- Ability to learn and develop new systems quickly
